Forró Fridays is a brand new evening of forró classes and parties in London, organised by Brazilian dance school Forró Academy.
Join us from 7pm onwards every Friday in Angel, Islington.
There’ll be forró classes for beginners and intermediate students, followed by a party starting at 8pm.
The parties will be an opportunity for class participants to practise new moves learned, as well as make some new friends!
Here’s the schedule:
- 7.00-8.00pm Beginners
- 7.30-8.30pm Intermediate
- 8.00pm till late: Forró Social/Party (with DJ)

Each week, one of our resident or guest DJs will be on the decks playing an eclectic mix of forró and Brazilian music.
